This calculator provides research-informed pricing benchmarks based on publicly available freelance marketplace data, service-provider pricing, project scope, complexity, implementation responsibility, and technical workload.
These estimates are benchmarks, not official or mandatory industry rates. Freelancers may charge above or below the calculated range depending on positioning, expertise, demand, business model, value delivered, and other factors.
Philippine and International pricing are two separate datasets. International figures are never a currency conversion of Philippine figures, and vice versa. Each service module has a low and high band per pricing profile (Starter, Established, Specialist).
Each selected module receives an internal score out of 100, combining technical complexity (max 40), customization (max 25), implementation responsibility (max 20) and dependencies/risk (max 15). The score positions the price inside the benchmark band using P = 0.05 + 0.90 × (score / 100).
Scores map to labels: 0–25 Light, 26–50 Moderate, 51–75 Moderate–High, 76–100 Advanced.
Pages are never priced as rate × pages. One page uses the single landing page band, two pages use a single page plus one additional page, three to five pages use the funnel band, and six or more adds an additional page band for each page beyond five — reflecting reusable design systems and shared components.
No platform applies a price multiplier. Platform choice only informs which scope and technical features are likely relevant. Unknown or “Other” platforms receive no surcharge.
Normal ×1.00, Fast ×1.15, Rush ×1.30. These are internal calculator defaults, not day counts.
Confidence is derived from project readiness, unresolved scope, and “not sure” answers. Lower confidence widens the recommended range; higher confidence narrows it. Final amounts are rounded to practical figures.
Platform subscriptions and third-party tools are never added to the professional fee. They are listed separately as possible client-paid costs.
